The Grand Miss Delta Pageant 2003 is a perfect definition of the 21st century in Africa , as it personifies the combination of beauty,creativity,intelligence and the diverse cultural heritage of the people of Delta State, in the south south region of Nigeria.

Back home in Delta State Nigeria,a minimum of 30 young ladies will mount the artistic podium of Grand Hotel on February 14 2003,as they represent the different tribes cut across various ethnic background of the Deltan woman .
The pageant will also feature different dignitaries cut across the strata of government,business magnates and elected officials from the pageantry and entertainment industry.
